Shipping & Returns
Once you place an order, it typically takes 1-4 business days for processing, followed by 1-2 days of transit. We ship Monday through Thursday and our packages are delivered Tuesday through Saturday — depending on the shipping destination, shipping method, and day and time of checkout. While we strive to ship orders quickly, please be aware that delivery times may vary due to weather, high demand, or other unexpected circumstances.
Please note, once an order is placed, we cannot modify or hold it. After your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. For order status updates, create an account at the check out.
SHIPPING METHOD & COST
We offer flat-rate shipping based on the zip code of your shipping destination within the United States. You can order as little as 5 kokonuts and as many as you like—and you still pay the same price per delivery.
Due to our product's perishable nature, our products will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day AIR, which means your package will arrive 1 to 2 days after being shipped, depending on the shipping destination.
All sales are final. BUT, We understand that receiving melted kokonuts can be disappointing. That's why we diligently ensure your kokonuts arrives cold. However, unexpected delays or weather conditions may occur. This is where KOKONUT Guarantee comes into play. We commit to providing you with a new batch of kokonuts with the costs on us if it melted at the time of delivery. Simply reach out to us at email@example.com, and we'll arrange for a fresh delivery.
